Open the Fields Manager and select from Text, Paragraph, Checkbox, Dropdown, Signature, Initials, or Auto Date fields. Click anywhere on the document to place a field. Assign each field to a role or signer, and mark the important ones Required so nothing gets skipped.

What types of fillable fields can I add to a PDF?

DocHub supports seven field types: Text, Paragraph, Checkbox, Dropdown menu, Signature, Initials, and Auto Date. You can mix and match as needed for any form or contract.

How do I add fields to a PDF in DocHub?

Open your document, click "Manage Fields" or "Edit Template" to open the Fields Manager, select a field type from the panel, and click on the document to place it. Then assign the field to a signer or role.

Can I assign fields to different people?
